Dan Smith: Chairman and CEO
Dan is an entrepreneur who has founded seven successful ventures in his career. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a Business degree in Marketing. He was the founder and CEO of two marketing firms, Creative Digital Design and Click Success, where he served clients such as Dell, Motorola and various non-profits. In 2001, he founded CreditCards.com and in six short years grew the company into an Inc. 500 company. He also founded and currently serves on the Board of Directors for e3 Foundation, SmithCo Investments and T3 Endeavors.
Hobbies: Watching Longhorn football, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and boating
When not at work: Hanging out with family and spending time at the ranch
Favorite Movie: A tie between Gladiator (the greatest warrior movie of all time) and Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell is just hilarious.
Favorite Music: Christian Rock and Country

Richard Dooley: Board Member
Richard is a founding partner in the Austin based tax consulting firm, Pope, Shamsie & Dooley, LLP ("PSD"). His clients include publicly traded, multinational corporations, as well as early stage venture-backed technology companies. PSD supports its clients in all facets of tax compliance and consulting, including designing tax efficient legal structures, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state tax planning, and international expansion. Richard is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation. He currently serves as the Board Chairman for Hill Country Christian School of Austin ("HCCSA"), a Christ-centered, college preparatory, classical K-12 school, and as a Board Member for Rawson Saunders, a school focused on educating children with dyslexia. While he enjoys his role in the business world, working with and serving in the school environment enables him to focus on his passion for educating the next generation of Christian leaders.
Hobbies: Water skiing, snow skiing, bow hunting, travel
