Dan Smith: Chairman and CEO
Dan is a creative entrepreneur who has founded several successful marketing, media and internet ventures in his career. In 2001, he founded CreditCards.com and in six short years grew the company into an Inc. 500 company. He also founded Explore God, e3 Foundation and SmithCo Investments. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a Business degree in Marketing. Dan enjoys investing most of his time, talent and treasures envisioning and developing creative ways to leverage media and technology that provides extraordinary return on investment for God.
Hobbies: Watching Longhorn football, the outdoors, ranching, photography, film making, hunting, fishing and boating
When not at work: Hanging out with family, spending time outdoors and on the lake.

Richard Dooley: Board Member
Richard is a founding partner in the Austin based tax consulting firm, Pope, Shamsie & Dooley, LLP ("PSD"). His clients include publicly traded, multinational corporations, as well as early stage venture-backed technology companies. PSD supports its clients in all facets of tax compliance and consulting, including designing tax efficient legal structures, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state tax planning, and international expansion. Richard is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation. In addition to serving on the e3 Foundation Board, he has served on multiple other non-profit boards including Hill Country Christian School, Hill Country Bible Church and ABBA (Austin Bridge Builders Association).
Hobbies: Water skiing, snow skiing, bow hunting, travel
When not at work: Hanging out with my wife and three beautiful kids, and spending time at the lake
